In relation to the usage of the Platform and the delivery of the Services on the Platform, Pathfinder Research and Consultancy Center (PathfinderRC) is the controller of the Personal Information that it collects and processes. - We may also retain any phone or mobile numbers you provide us with your communication, whether it be in writing (including emails) or verbally (over the phone or otherwise). When you write to us with a question or to ask for assistance, we will keep that correspondence and the email address for future use. We’ll keep track of the pages you visit on our platform so we can analyze the data and perhaps make improvements to the platform and the services. When you use forms, e-forms, email, phone, or other methods to contact us, we may keep a record of our correspondence, including any call recordings or emails, if any, as permitted by applicable law. You may also give us your Personal Information or other information when you respond to surveys, participate in competitions, events, competitions, webinars, etc., hosted by PathfinderRC, whether on the Platform or elsewhere, or when you enter contests, tests, events, competitions, webinars, etc. We specifically request your device’s camera access when you use our premium doubt-solving tool so that you can send us any connected images.
