This agreement (“Terms”) is between PathfinderRC (“Company/We/Us/Our”) and its users (“User/You/Your”) and governs your use of our website (www.pathfinderconsultant.com), our applications (the “Application”), and any products or services related to them (the “Services”). It also governs any registrations or usage of our products through SD cards, tablets, or other storage or transmission devices.

The business reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or restrict you access to the products or services if it is determined that you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and your parent or legal guardian has not provided their consent to use the products or services. You are aware that it is not our responsibility to make sure you satisfy the aforementioned conditions. You must vouch in person that you have the required credentials. Before providing personal or family information to the Application, anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) must get their parents’ or legal guardians’ permission.

You agree to hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, costs, debts, and liabilities (including attorney fees) resulting from: (i) your use of and access to the Application/Website/Services; (ii) your violation of any of these Terms or any other Company policy; (iii) your violation of any third- party right, including without limitation any copyright, property right, or other right of a third party. Even after the agreement, there will still be a duty to protect and compensate the damaged party.
  1. The Company, its officers, directors, employees, partners, or agents will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application, whether on behalf of you or a third party.
  2. The company’s reputation will be tarnished and they won’t be able to recover losses if you violate these rules.   4. Regardless of any conflicts of law, Bangladeshi law shall govern all legal issues related to this agreement. You also agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Dhaka for the resolution of any disputes arising under these terms.
  5. The Company may, at any time and without prior notice, change, suspend, or terminate all or any portion of the Application or Service. Additionally, the Company has the right to periodically and without prior notice change these Terms. The company makes no guarantees on the continuation of the Application or the maintenance of any of its features. The Company has no obligation to pay you or any other third party anything in the event that the Application/Services are changed, stopped working, or terminated. Prices are always subject to change.
